Principle: Enhances school communities by providing Christian service for their holistic educational needs

Aims:

1. Enable young people to fully participate in their educational journey

2. Provide pastoral care to the whole school community

3. To integrate schools with the local, regional, national and international communities

Community

Principle: Enable young people to make positive contributions in their community through the processes of community action, development and education

Aims:

1. To model Christian community

2. To nurture holistic development in young people seeking shalom for the whole community

3. To enable young people to access youth provision and economic wellbeing

Church

Principle: To empower young people to grow in their relationship with God

Aims:

1. To integrate young people into Church

2. To enable the Church to engage with the challenge set by young people

3. To create opportunities for young people to express their faith

4. To promote the use of Christian disciplines

Glossary

Holistic: Whole development of the Child: Social, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual -  in addition encompassing the five outcomes of youth and children’s work: Being Healthy, Keeping Safe, Achieving and Enjoying, Making Positive Contributions,

Shalom: Achieving completeness

Empower: Freedom to do something

Christian Disciplines: Worship, Bible Reading, Prayer
